—Waitlist signup information, including email address and any UTM parameters captured from the URL you used to sign up
—Payment information processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers or CVV

Information collected automatically:

—Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration
—Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, IP address)
—Cookies and similar tracking technologies used to maintain your session and analyze usage patterns

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

—Provide, operate, and improve the Service
—Process your AI profile data to generate prompts, specs, and recommendations
—Manage your account, subscription, and billing
—Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, important service updates)
—Analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix issues

We do not use your profile content or psychometric data to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Service providers:

We work with trusted third-party vendors to operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), AWS S3 (file storage), and analytics providers. These vendors process data only on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Legal requirements:

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI-ticulate, our users, or the public.

Business transfers:

If AI-ticulate is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

Waitlist data is retained until you request removal or the waitlist program ends.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

8. Children's Privacy
