1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you use AI-ticulate:

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided via Manus OAuth authentication.
• Profile content: Writing samples, interview answers, psychometric responses, context blocks, intent stacks, and memory entries you create.
• Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including which features you use and when.
• Feedback signals: Thumbs up/down ratings, notes, and edit history you provide on generated outputs.
• Payment information: Billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate AI profiles and prompts tailored to your inputs
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you notifications about your account and the Service
• Improve the quality of AI outputs through aggregated feedback analysis (RLHF)
• Respond to your support requests

3. AI Processing and Your Data

Your profile content and writing samples are sent to large language model (LLM) APIs to generate AI outputs. These requests are processed by our infrastructure and are subject to the privacy policies of the underlying AI providers.

We use aggregated, anonymized feedback signals (thumbs ratings, edit patterns) to improve prompt generation quality. We do not sell your individual profile data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed MySQL database and, for file uploads, in Amazon S3. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), JWT-signed session cookies, and access controls.

No security system is impenetrable. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these circumstances:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Manus (authentication), AI API providers (LLM processing), and cloud infrastructure providers.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
• Shared links: If you create a public share link for a profile, anyone with that link can view the shared content. You control this feature and can revoke links at any time.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data associated with your account through the Service.
• Delete: Delete individual profiles, memories, and content within the Service. To request full account deletion, contact us through the Help section.
• Export: Copy your generated prompts and profiles using the copy functions within the Service.
• Opt out: You may opt out of non-essential communications by updating your notification settings.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Usage analytics are collected in aggregate to understand how the Service is used.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
