Terms of Service

Last updated: March 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI-ticulate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI-ticulate is an AI-powered writing style and alignment platform that helps users build personalized AI profiles across five layers: Writer (voice), Context (situational blocks), Intent (goal stacks), Mirror (psychometric alignment), and Memory (persistent context). The Service uses large language models to generate, analyze, and refine these profiles.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via Manus OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

4. Subscription and Billing

AI-ticulate offers a Free tier and a Pro tier at $12/month. The Free tier provides access to one Writer profile. The Pro tier provides unlimited profiles across all five layers.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service or circumvent rate limits
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including your profiles, writing samples, and generated prompts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

The Service itself, including its design, code, and AI systems, is owned by AI-ticulate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate profiles, prompts, and suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outputs that do not reflect your intent. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. The Service is a tool to assist your writing and communication — it does not replace professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-ticulate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

12. Contact
